Joined Wolves Den in 2021, after gaining a bunch of weight working from home during the pandemic. I lost it all and then some, and got into fantastic shape thanks to Wolves Den. The classes are fun and engaging. The staff there have ton of experience, and hardware to back it up. The community though is something that you can’t find anywhere else. People are quick to assist wit. Technique, training, and even nutritional advice. If you want to learn to fight, or just change your life and head down a stronger healthier path, check this place out.

The Wolves Den gym is truly amazing, offering a diverse range of classes that cater to different skill levels and interests. Whether you're interested in grappling, kickboxing, Muay Thai, or Brazilian Jiujitsu, there's something for everyone here.The new location is fantastic, with plenty of space to move around and train in. The highlight of this gym, however, is the head coach, Mop. He is an exceptional coach who takes a personal interest in each student, helping them to grow and develop their skills to the fullest.If you're looking for a high-quality MMA gym, look no further than this one - you won't be disappointed!
