Saturday, Nov. 22nd I visited this location that I’ve been to many times before. I’ve had a membership a few times over the last couple of years when I needed it. This time, I visited in the new car I had purchased less than a month ago. While going through the wash, there was a prominent THUD and scraping sound on the roof of my car. When I pulled into the vacuum area, there were multiple scratches on the roof of my car and side. I’m guessing a piece of the machinery became loose and fell on my car.
I let the manager on duty know and he took my contact information, vehicle information, and insurance information. He told me someone from Club Car Wash would reach out to me. After a week and a half had gone by, I reached out to this manager again to see what the status was. He responded saying it can take their HR reps 2-3 weeks to get things processed.
Here we are on January 6th, 2026, 45 days since my car was damaged by their equipment. Not a single phone call, message, email, nothing from Club Car Wash. So guess what? I’m going to be that guy. I’m posting this one star review on every single Club Car Wash location to let people know this is how they treat their customers who they have wronged. You are just a number to them. If someone from Club Car Wash wants to contact me to get this rectified, so be it, but I’m never visiting your locations again and I’m going to make sure people know this is how you treat your customers.

There’s a legit reason they have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. Viviana, the customer service representative, was extremely rude. I’ve canceled service for all three vehicles and will now use Detail Driven across the street. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!

Do not sign up for a membership! Very, very difficult to cancel -called customer service and kept getting a recording that said no one was available. Finally found an email address to send a note to cancel They said it was too late that I didn’t cancel 24 hours in advance and charged me full price for another month!
