I have been in business for over 30 years, and have never once taken advantage of anyone. I have never even had a customer by the name of Teresa Dobson. Please show proof of your false accusations before you post negative reviews.

It seems I do not always post reviews that are favorable, but I was so very happy with the help and attention to detail that I received from Theresa’s, that I decided to post this. Theresa was so easy to work with when I decided I needed new flooring. She came to my home several times to help me make decisions, gave us a great fair price, and was true to her word on the installation timeline. I would highly recommend her. Her installer, Matt, was one of the hardest working guys I have met down here. He was so pleasant, seemed to enjoy his job, was always punctual and willing to please. Buy your flooring from Theresa’s if you want hassle free work done.

It is very sad that people enjoy bashing businesses just because they want to. My reviews should be all 5 star because there is no business that cares more about her customers than I do. Tasha Ann has never been a customer, her husband was an installer who wouldn't finish his job, so he didn't get paid, so Tasha threatened to destroy my customers home, and then filed a false police report saying I attacked her, then went on and posted negative things about my business on Lake Happenings.
