“I am reaching out through google so I can get help. I have been with Vaughn Irrigation for years and they open and close my irrigation system. I called to set up the start up months ago and was assured it would be taken care of. Well, here it is June 16th and my irrigation has not been turned on. I am not at my lake house on a regular basis and my grass is dying because I suppose someone forgot to schedule the opening of my irrigation. I will change my rating when I get certainly they will start my irrigation due to their scheduling glitch.Adding to my review. Actually it was very early when they wanted to start up the irrigation and we had a hard freeze. I did not want the irrigation to be started because of a HARD Freeze. This part should not be ignored in the response from the owner below. And after the hard freeze I called to set up a start up appointment a few weeks later. I did not worry I did not receive an invoice because I had to ask for an invoice before as I was told they went to a new system and it was taking longer to get invoices out.
