Amazing deep tissue massage by Gavin. He took the time to get to know my body's needs, tailoring the massage accordingly. I felt great afterwards and will definitely be going back. The online self scheduling process was a bonus.
I randomly booked a massage with Gavin, and I was blown away by how great I felt afterwards. There are options for traditional massages, but Gavin has developed a mix of myofascial and Thai massage (stretching + body alignment) that puts your body back in order.I had been struggling with pinched nerves for 3 years and had seen progress after physical therapy, meds, and lifestyle changes, but my session with Gavin was the final treatment I needed to get everything in alignment and feeling 100% like my old self.I was incredibly lucky to find Gavin and Touch of Class Massage.
