This is my new favorite nutrition store. They have it all and it’s a locally owned store. Tim was a big help and very knowledgeable on what I need. Love the variety of the products and quality brand names. From supplements to dog treats to health food, they have it all!

Small natural food store with a large selection of vitamins and a decent body care and cleaning product section with a fair amount of vegan products. No fresh produce but lots of shelf stable goods many of which are organic, vegetarian, vegan or some combination thereof. There is a small refrigerated and freezer section, a bulk spice section, bulk coffee beans, small bulk section with beans, trail mix, and snacks and a gluten free aisle.
I love their selection of teas, grains, flours, and the freshly ground peanut butter.
