Monroe Yancie was dispatched to our home to give us a bid to replace an awful security light with a dusk to dawn sensor lantern. Monroe exhibited exceptional communication and problem solving with an emphasis on proper installation and overall appearance. He made multiple trips to the hardware store simply to ensure that as obstacles arose, they were addressed properly to prevent future issues but also ensure the fixture looked great from all angles and was properly sealed from the elements. We received outstanding service and attention. I will absolutely be asking for Monroe again.
