Monroe did an excellent job! He came out to help me figure out the best way to install my Ring cameras and took the time to consult with me on the best path forward rather than just jumping into the work. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made sure I understood my options. I really appreciated his expertise and the quality of service. Highly recommend Monroe and Mr. Electric!
I had excellent installation by Taylor Penn. He installed an electrical system for my backyard pond. Taylor walked me through the process and was impressed by how well the installation went.
Updating this review after the company reached out to me and made things right.
Unfortunately, this happened twice. They came to do work but left without any notice, leaving things unfinished. There was also no communication about what had been completed, what remained to be done, or what the next steps were. At the time, the lack of communication and follow-through was very frustrating.
That said, I appreciate that their customer service was very responsive to my concerns. They provided compensation after the first incident, when the work was left unfinished and the area was left without power. After my initial review, they reached out again, addressed...read full review
