She explained what she was doing, made sure I felt comfortable, listened to my expectations, then executed a mutual plan to get the desired results. She made sure I understood what changes to expect during the following 2 weeks of the healing process. I have now completed the touch up session as well. My brows look completely natural with a better shape than my original brows! I no longer need to use a brow pencil at all. I truly believe that Susan is the best at what she does! “Just wanted to say if anyone is skeptical about her service. I had my tooth gems placement back in September of last year and all 3 gems are still intact. I honestly can't believe it. & sooner or later will be wanting another service done. Her office is pleasant. She's pleasant and is extremely professional plus she's very skillful at what she does. She also took time and care showing the gems and variety of colors just because which is small but sparked my attention in showing how dedicated she is to making sure her customers are happy once leaving.“
