Needed someone to help my daughter with a simple fix on her iPad. I messaged them ahead of time, they gave some approximate pricing based on the estimated work and then she took it there and they fixed it. They were quick, helpful, and had great communication. Thank you very much.
My laptop overheated pretty bad and caused the display to start failing when trying to power it on. I took my laptop in on Friday afternoon and they had it back to me by late Monday morning. They even came in over the weekend to check on it and make sure it was running correctly before returning it to me. I was so happy they were dedicated to resolving the issue quickly as I use my laptop for college. Overall, I thought they were very professional, quick, and a great price.
Steve was very helpful and reasonable with helping me with an electric piano that was not making sound. Very accommodating and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for repairs on computers, mobile devices and some electronics. He will tell you up front if he can fix or not.
