Lorenz is a very dependable company. We had to have our furnace replaced and they were very prompt and cost efficient for us. Richard is very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely will be using them for yearly maintenance! Brent and Sherry Hensley
These guys are truly awesome. I had an issue with my AC and they made it to us within an hour which was amazing considering it was 85 degrees in my house with 2 kids. They understood the situation and took it way more seriously than others, got there asap in between appointments, fixed it without trying to upsell or anything funny. Fair price, great work, and excellent customer service. Nothing more you could ask for. They will get my business going forward no matter what. Thanks guys
