I have been with Duncan Sheet Metal over 50 years and never had anything but outstanding service. I recently had to have a new unit and Mr. Duncan and his staff were here with a unit immediately and did not stop until it was installed. I do not think that I was ever price gouged but that they tried to be as economical as possible. I have always received prompt and courteous service.
Called them on off hours and they diagnosed the issue. Had the whole unit installed and my house cool before I even knew they were there. Very professional and sympathetic to their customers concerns. Great people!
