He listened to what the situation was before the appointment and gave exercises to do until seen. Pete worked with a teenage daughter on knee issues. He communicated the plan with her and the family throughout the process and gave her the tools to keep working on her own. For lower back and sciatic nerve issues, the needling and cupping brought immediate relief, and the strengthening and stretching exercises prevented the pain from coming back. As long as the routine is kept up, there is no pain. For a daughter who is a competitive swimmer having issues with pain in her shoulder, Pete pinpointed areas of weakness in her rotator cuff and back which were causing stress on her bicep tendon. After a few weeks of doing the stretches and exercises, she is now swimming with no pain. Pete is fantastic to work with. He used a multimodal approach for plantar fasciitis from pickleball, including cupping, massaging, exercises, an on-line home stretching program, and arch supports. He assessed previous injuries that may be affecting the feet. People are impressed at his in-depth knowledge and ability to develop a plan of care that can be committed to.
