The appointment was easy to schedule and was set up for within 2 hours of my call. The technician kept me advised of their ETA and arrived as expected. They were polite and respectful of my home upon arrival. Once they reviewed the drain issue they explained what was needed as well as the expected cost before starting work. The job was then quickly completed and they showed me the results as well as gave me some hints of how to avoid in the future. Price was in line for this type of work. I never want to have plumbing issues but when I do I know I can count on my local Roto-Rooter team to handle.
More than 5 stars if I could give it. They are good people, which is definitely not the case with all companies.
