We had a blocked basement drain. Taran came out and reviewed the problem, explained everything he was going to do and then he resolved the problem. He is courteous and he hs is a skilled worker.
We had a huge water leak in our basement from sump pump issue. Didn’t know who to call and did a Google search and Roto rooter popped up. Such a nightmare but the kindest guys came out to help! Matt came first and found and explained the problem and fixed the sump pump. Zelle came to find what pipe was broken causing a leak on the outside and explained what was going on. David and Eric came out the next day to fix the pipes. All were on time and efficient. In a stressful time, I appreciated all the information and their personalities were all great, very kind, personable guys that were so helpful.
Came home from work and had all intentions of finishing laundry that I started before going to work. Walked down to the basement and discovered the laundry room had 2-3 inches around the floor drain. Tyler came through and snaked the drain and cleared it up. Now to get it all dried
