They have decided to do a maintenance that was scheduled on a Monday originally from 9-2 . It is now 6pm snd we still have no internet . I was told several times it will be 20 more min and it’s been out all day . I will be looking for a new provider if it is not up tomorrow. We own a business and this has been a major hard ship on us today . I recommend you schedule maintenances on evenings not a Monday afternoon . It may have caused you to lose some customers . It’s unacceptable.

Just switched from satellite with viaset to kc coyote. The internet is far more consistent with way less lag and latency. The staff has been punctual, helpful and knowledgeable. Now we're just patiently waiting for our tower to get an upgrade so we can get even better download speeds.
