Took my new Toro mower for repair, it dies on hillsides. (Home Depot doesn’t do warranty repairs and that’s where I bought it) This is a authorized toro repair shop. When I picked it up two weeks later they told me it was water in gas tank, ( which wasn’t under warranty) which I found hard to believe, but when they brought it out it was filthy, mud sand all over my new mower. Then I found out it set out side for two weeks in numerous rain storms. And to top it off, they didn’t fix it.
