Home performance group was the contractor assigned by our home warranty company to install our new microwave. Shane was the technician and he installed it quickly/efficiently without making a noise. I barely knew he was here. Very polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend them! No doubt.

Shane was prompt, efficient and described what the problem was with the sump pump. I'll have further work done by HBG to install another circuit breaker, separating the pump from the HVAC breaker.The further work was completed today in the same professional fashion. I'm satisfied both that the sump pump will run as and when it should and that there should be no more dramatic arcs of electricity by having the circuit breakers split.

HPG installed a water heater in our home. The service personnel were prompt, courteous and professional. They got the job done in a very timely manner and took away the old water heater. Kudos to their team. I would especially like to commend one of their employees. Known only as "Elizabeth" to my wife and I, she is the contact person at HPG. Through this whole ordeal, she kept us totally informed of the procurement process from our Home Warranty Company. Always anxious to help and answered all my wifes questions and was always there for us if we had a problem of any kind. Thank you "Elizabeth" for you professional support!
