Used them twice now for air conditioning issues. They are quick to come out, knowledgeable and I believe their prices are very reasonable. They don’t try to sell me extra stuff that’s unnecessary. They are able to explain things to where I am able to understand them. Will continue to call them and recommend Shanks for any heating and cooling needs. Thank you for your service and honesty.

Awesome experience - Nick was great at explaining what he was doing while working on our system and was great to answer any questions we had. Very educational and informative when it came to future maintenance on our ac system, filter usage, etc. Will definitely call Shanks in the future for heating/ac needs.
