The group here at Hidden Valley gave our sweet 7.5 month old the best care possible. Each time we spoke they provided us with love and compassion. Every detail about the service was so perfect, we thank yall for loving our Barrett.
After my mother's sudden and unexpected death I didn't know what to expect. What I found was the funeral director was available to answer all our questions and guide us thru the process. No upselling, no pressure, no guilt trips... Just someone to help us thru the process and provide us with what we needed. They responded quickly, almost instantly, to all our questions after our meeting. If needed, I absolutely wouldn't hesitate to do this process again with this establishment.
John, Shirley and Jay brought calm and compassion to the emotional chaos of loss. They walked along side us instead of selling to us, and they went out of their way to make sure Mom’s burial and service were what my Dad needed. The internment was out of town, and Jay and Shirley stayed, reassuring us they would be present for the entire burial process despite a long drive home for them. John didn’t “sell” us anything. He found a way to honor what we wanted for Mom. I have had the misfortune of already referring a friend to them because her parent passed, but I knew my friend’s family would be treated with honor and respect here.
