And Honestly he let me know that one way or another if I choose him to do the job or not it is what it was..and Honestly when a person comes to you that way it means business..and that they words was bond..and being a granddaughter of a world W.ar2 vet that means a lot..

This company is great and very professional! The first time, I had a very sweet young lady come clean my carpets due to pet urine stains and smell, and she was wonderful! She told me that the smell and stain may come back, but if it did, to call them and they would come back out at no charge to treat it again. About 3 days later, the smell and stain did in fact come back, so I called the company back and the gentleman on the phone was very nice, and I felt that he truly did care!
