Castor from ZEROREZ was on time, thoroughly explained the process of how they clean the vents, and did a great job of getting them cleaned. He ensure everything was patched correctly after the cleaning and was open to any questions that I had. Truly appreciate the professionalism he showed during our cleaning.
I received my call in plenty of time before the driver showed up. I would say at least 40 Minutes of notice. The gentleman showed up was polite, was courteous cleaned everything. He also informed me of some other cleaning options I had and things I could do to protect my couch overall, a great experience.
My carpet was installed in 1992. After Zerorez cleaned, it looked brand new. The serviceman was friendly and careful. I appreciated that all equipment used for the call was clean, in excellent working condition, low noise, and housed in a beautiful, clean, tastefully decorated van. I will use them for any future carpet cleaning needs.
