My carpet was installed in 1992. After Zerorez cleaned, it looked brand new. The serviceman was friendly and careful. I appreciated that all equipment used for the call was clean, in excellent working condition, low noise, and housed in a beautiful, clean, tastefully decorated van. I will use them for any future carpet cleaning needs.
We had 2 big dark stains on this carpet that I thought would be there for ever. They were from a Sonic 44 oz Root Beer getting spilled! The technician pretreated both stains and after cleaning the carpet…they are gone! He was also able to get stains out of the carpet on 2 sets of stairs and a tea spill stain out of a bedroom carpet! He was friendly and knew what he was doing! I have used ZeroRez before and loved them! That’s why I called them for this new carpet cleaning! They always get the job done right!
I felt the price was very reasonable for the stain treatment, 5 rooms and 2 sets of stairs.
Tristen arrived early and was very meticulous on all our carpets, rugs, and upholstery. Not only did he work on stains we weren’t able to remove he made sure ones that were stubborn and couldn’t be removed were treated to the best of his ability. We had the whole house cleaned and couldn’t recommend the Zerorez team and Tristen enough. Will definitely be using their team again in the future.
