Tristen arrived early and was very meticulous on all our carpets, rugs, and upholstery. Not only did he work on stains we weren’t able to remove he made sure ones that were stubborn and couldn’t be removed were treated to the best of his ability. We had the whole house cleaned and couldn’t recommend the Zerorez team and Tristen enough. Will definitely be using their team again in the future.

Technician was very personable, very polite, and did a very good job. He pretreated areas that needed it and he was very vigilant on those areas that needed extra work. I would highly recommend this company.
