My husband needed new glasses so we went to try some on at lens crafter. Right away Lain was so helpful. As soon as they saw him they were picking out glasses they thought he’d like. All of them looked amazing. They probably spent over an hour going through different glasses, never rushing us, never making us feel like we were a burden. It felt like shopping with a friend. And my husband looks so handsome in his new Armani glasses. This was some of the best customer service I’ve witnessed. I’ll definitely be coming back to get myself a pair.
Great store with great service. I had a kind and light-hearted staffer help me find my perfect pair... and I tried on many... many frames and they were happy to help. Ordering was easy and my frames arrived fairly quickly. I've had a screw come loose on a set of frames and they were quick to help as well. Overall a great experience at a reasonable price.
I loved how quick and easy I was able to pick out frames and have the staff measure and submit the order. Way too easy. I was able to look at many frame options in the store and everything I had found on the website I found in the store so I was able to use the online service and try the glasses. I could weed out what I knew wouldn’t work and try in person the ones that did work
