The doctor is very nice and has nothing to do with this, but the costumer service is very below decent. The main front desk lady is very rude and condescending. Same goes for the girl helping out with the front desk and lobby area. They just make the atmosphere very heavy and uncomfortable not just in person, but also through phone calls. The people in charge need to pay more attention on how their employees treats the costumers.

We've been to several walmart vision centers over the years, but we will never be returning to this one again. Very RUDE staff, and management. Stole our money and refuses to give it back.

Awesome experience at the vision center. I was in and out of there for my contacts exam. The doctor is a great guy . listens and doesn't overcomplicate the process like I've experienced other places. I really felt cared for at my appointment . Staff is no bs and I love that! ;)

I think I finally found my favorite vision place. Highly recommend
