There are many associates in this store who I have grown to absolutely love however yesterday my experience with an "alleged" manager that I have never seen before was awful. She was very rude, had a very smart nasty mouth very poor customer service skills and she is a manager? No way! First of all She lied and told me her name is Christel but I found out today it's actually Crystal. Even when I walked away from her yesterday to diffuse the situation she continued to shout and say rude things to me I then when I told her I was no longer talking to her she continued.! Yesterday I had gone into this store to pay my rent at the money services counter. There was a long line. It wouldn't have been a big deal if the manager had helped check people out after most of them had been waiting for over 30 minutes in line. Two people were in front of me and wanted to buy alcohol and a bag of dog food I think? They wound up leaving because the manager told them "we can't check you out here." I would like to say, that is entirely false because I have been checked out at that counter a couple of times. They just didn't want to. This has to be the worst stocked Walmart neighborhood grocery. I have lived in this neighborhood for six months now and it has been the biggest disappointment. It's pretty simple, if the shelves are constantly empty you need to order more or staff more to get the products on the shelves. I don't know how their district and regional management allows this to continue. I currently left my cart after I couldn't find the third thing on my list. No bacon. No sausage. No granulated garlic. I have been here and can't get a tomato. The motto should be roll back products on the shelves.
