V-Nails is a clean and economical nail salon known for excellent work and beautiful nail artistry. The service is not rushed but efficient. However, it operates strictly by appointment, which can be inconvenient for walk-in clients who may find the door locked. While the staff is described as welcoming and taking pride in their work, some customers have found the customer service lacking when appointments are not honored. Great nails...not so great customer service. The people who work there are so scared of the people in the neighborhood they lock the doors. Appiontment only. They lost my business when I showed up when I said I would and I just got shooed away. Wouldnt even come to the door.
I like this shop because it's close to my home, economical, clean and they do an excellent job. Rose makes me feel so welcome every time. Her husband is quiet, but he's still nice and welcoming. They take you by appointment so it's never crowded. They don't rush but they don't take too long.Services: Pedicures
