Miss Ela took the time to guide me to the right affordable brow pencil and even brought in the MOD to recommend the best glycolic peel for my skin. And then there’s Jayce — who literally stopped her lunch break to shape the most perfect brows for me. Because of this they’ve gained a loyal customer for life.

Jayce is hands down the best! Not only is she extremely professional and knowledgeable about hair, but she also creates such a warm, welcoming environment that makes you feel like you’re catching up with a friend. We could laugh and chat for hours, and somehow she still manages to make my hair look even better than I imagined every single time. I always leave her chair feeling confident and refreshed. Highly recommend!
This store has always had helpful employees to greet me and help during my shopping if needed. I did my first pickup order today and Kai greeted me at the door and helped me with a few other questions. She was extremely bubbly with a great attitude which is so refreshing in retail these days, thank you Kai!
