Julissa was super helpful in answer all my questions and helping me find the right products for my skin. My only complaint is I spent too much money but it’s been over a year since I bought makeup so I can’t complain 🤣

I had an amazing experience at Ulta thanks to the Sales Manager. They were incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. You can tell they genuinely care about both their customers and their team. Their positive attitude and professionalism made shopping such an enjoyable experience. Outstanding customer service like this is hard to find, and it’s the reason I’ll keep coming back. Thank you for making my visit such a great one!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but as a DoorDasher who picks up from a lot of different stores, I wanted to give this team some credit. Thank you to everyone here for always making my pickups quick and easy.
On one of my pickups, I saw a customer getting upset over an order that wasn’t showing up because of what sounded like a system issue. The manager helping her stayed calm, explained the situation several times and remained professional even while being yelled at. It was honestly hard to watch.
