Kevin always either picks up the phone or calls back quickly, is helpful every time, and provides excellent service! Last week, when our son had gotten his phone wet and was missing some cherished pictures from a trip out of state, Kevin had him immediately bring in his phone even though he was about to close his store. He ended up staying late to help our son, retrieved all the missing pics & videos, and charged a very reasonable price for his work. We really appreciate consistently getting wonderful service from Kevin and have for many years!
