Working from home, starring at a laptop all day cause me to develop neck pain and pinched nerve on my left shoulder. I messaged Liz for a Thai massage, she responded in minutes and gave me an appointment. Her Thai massage technique is very traditional minus walking on the back. Overall, she helped my neck and shoulder tremendously and I will come back for another session. For those of you who never had Thai massage, think of it as lazy Yoga where the masseuse is doing all the work.
