The staff was amazing!! They really listened to us about our loved one and made suggestions based on him. From the design of the headstone to the not so typical music selection all the way to the location on services overlooking the lake as dad loved to fish. Pamela stayed in touch and kept an eye on us even when she left for a short time to per sue the directors position. Every detail was covered and always given options to best suit our family and loved one. Thank you to the entire staff, a sense of peace knowing our Dad is resting under your care!!
Everyone at Terrace Park is amazing. Obviously, this is one of the hardest times and with the preparation we did in advance a year ago plus the last of the details at the time of the funeral, it was all organized and seamless. However, the team there at the funeral home were the best part. I felt they really cared. And I've had so many compliments about Pastor Jerry's tribute to my husband. He was so great that everyone presumed he knew him for years instead of only hearing about him two days previous to the service. Thank you!
Phil is just absolutely amazing! We decided to have a service where everyone dressed down as that is what my dad would have wanted. All staff and officiant were in jeans and chiefs gear. It was perfect! The service was amazing and exactly what we wanted. I'm just amazed with how everything was handled and how accommodating they are. Highly recommend if you are dying to get there!
