In NYC I visited the top salons and stylists for my highly curated blonde look, and I’m not easy to please for better or worse!! Gemy took the time to ask all the questions and explain color to me like no one I’ve ever met. She took a sincere interest in understanding what I was looking for. Then like a mad chemist, translated a formula from my NYC colorist into the most beautiful dark blonde. I value how she over-communicates to make sure we are on the same page.
