We needed a full reline of both of our fireplaces in additional to installing new gas logs in each. The sales, office staff, and installers were all great to work with. We did run into a snag with one of the gas lines (it was only 40 years old and not within current code). The installers worked with us as we had to get a plumber to help run a new gas line so they could finish the installation of one of the gas logs. Once we were able to get the new gas line taken care of, the installer was able to come back out right away and finish the installation. The service was excellent. Would highly recommend!
