I'm certain that Kansas City is filled with mortgage companies. And I'm certain that there are probably some good ones out there. But I'm here to tell you about the best one. I have had multiple loans through Signature Mortgage with Jason Draut, and I will tell you that he is simply the best. This last one was myself and my 23 year old son. He's a first time buyer and I'm a pain in the ass self employed guy. Jason got this deal closed in 7 days!! Yes, 7 days!! Unheard of!!

I had a great first home buying experience with Signature Mortgage Group - Jason Draut was a pleasure to work with!! He was a referral from a friend and it’s no surprise that he is a go-to across their family for all their home buying needs. I purchased a home while living in a different state, working with a 4 hour time difference, and Jason was always easy to get ahold of, helped me accomplish a quick closing, and helped answer all of my first homebuyer questions I had. He made this process seamless for me!
Jason was very professional and helpful in assisting me with the purchase of my new home. I never felt like a bother when I had questions, and he was prompt in responding.
