Before my first appointment, they gave me instructions on what to bring (like my bridal shoes and undergarments). During the appointments, they always took pictures/videos (that they then sent to me) and took the time to explain each piece of the dress with regard to what they recommended. However, they were never pushy and let me make my own decisions with what I wanted done to the dress. On my final appointment, they recorded a video on how to bustle my dress and gave instructions on how to zip it up. I thought the price point was very fair and I appreciated the fact the appointments were never overly long.”
