Person was late had to call and make sure she was coming, then the lady did not clean accordingly and mopped floors with what had to be mud water. She splattered it on base boards and walls, and left cigarette butts and charcoal in our sink. Their excuse was that the house was dirty (Im sorry isnt that your job? if it was clean I wouldnt need you) Also, they stole our appliances and once I asked the owner she apologized and said they would return items, had to wait a week and got a text message they broke it and refusing to pay for it and will not refund my money.
