Billy was very responsive and extremely focused on providing the best service possible. He went the extra mile in talking to our Insurance inspector and provided documentation we would need to help in the sale of our house, even knowing we might not move forward with a new roof. Once we did decide to have them replace the roof, he got us scheduled and done well before our closing date. Would give 10 out of 5 stars if that was possible! Definitely recommend.
Billy and Doug are the best in the business. Extremely easy to deal with, the price was right, everything was done with urgency, and the work was performed efficiently. I highly recommend them for all of your roof needs.
Doug made the whole experience painless and a breeze. He walked us through how to spot less ethical practices of other roofing companies during our search, helped every step of the way during the process of dealing with insurance and was an over all one of the most kind and genuine people my husband and I have ever come across especially in a business that can be predatory. He runs a business respectfully, ethically and efficiently.
They got our roof knocked out in a day, including clean up. Everyone did a phenomenal job.
