Doug at Restoration Roofing is very helpful, knowledgeable and reliable. His company showed up on time and completed the job within the time frame given. My roof looks beautiful! They did an excellent job of cleaning up after completion of the work. Doug is very helpful to work with your insurance company, and goes above and beyond to make it a smooth and positive experience. Restoration Roofing is incredible in every aspect, from quality materials and expert craftsmanship, honest and transparent pricing, to friendly and outstanding customer service. Over the past 20 years we’ve needed three roofs due to hail damage and we’ve used Restoration Roofing the past two times, now they’re the only company we call or trust. They’re honest, fair, hard-working, dependable, and reliable. Our new roof was installed timely but carefully, and looks outstanding! We had an awesome experience with Restoration Roofing! We really appreciated having access to the owner, Doug. We loved how he managed our expectations thru the process and always kept us updated. The crew was here when they were supposed to be and they were hard working (very impressive work ethic!). I super appreciated his knowledge with how to handle our claim with insurance. Restoration Roofing did an excellent job from start to finish - no doubt I would recommend Doug and his team a zillion times! As a bonus - I went from the ugliest roof in Liberty (okay, second ugliest in Liberty, Ha) to THE BEST! ??
