I am beyond elated. I have finally found my KC hair stylist. I moved to KC 1.5 years ago and had yet to find a stylist that created a cut/style/color that made me 100% happy. A confidence booster. Her name is Alivia. I showed her photos of hair styles, we talked quite a bit, she listened, provided suggestions and explained in detail what she planned to do and why. She is attentive, thorough and an absolute delight. The cherry on the top is that I can walk to the salon. Thank you Alivia.

Always love coming to RR! Everyone is so sweet, drink options while you wait / get your hair done. Super low stress environment and you can tell the staff enjoys each other's company and what they do. Justine gives me a 11/10 cut every time!
I highly recommend The Refinery Room! I see Regan, and she is truly the best. She’s so sweet, funny, genuine, and incredibly talented. She really knows her stuff, and I’m always impressed by how efficiently she works and how well she directs her assistants throughout the appointment. I always feel like my hair is in very good hands with her!
The salon itself is clean, smells fresh, and has such a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
