I was referred to Frank at PST thru a friend. My initial call I talked with Robin and she was very friendly and great to talk with, she understood my concerns and why I searched for one to help with my foundation issue and give me advice. She made me comfortable using them from the get go as she understands their line of work. Frank was out within just a few days and was able to go thru my concerns explaining what was or wasn’t needed and explained all very well. He saved me from having unnecessary work done and even gave us suggestions on how to fix other things that could be an issue in time.
I have so many wonderful things to say about Frank and Robin! They are very honest, extremely knowledgeable and just overall good people! They really care about helping others. We need more companies like them. I initially called and talked with Robin. She provided me a wealth of information about the process, what documentation I might receive, the difference between the types of engineers and more. Frank came out soon after and I walked him through my house, pointing out all my areas of concern including foundation cracks and other settlement issues. All the way back in July 2024 my husband called PST Engineering and Bernie Reams took his call and so glad he did!! The consultation and phone calls Bernie took on at least a couple of occasions to help us navigate through the difficult KCMO Compass system as well as planning and zoning department before retaining PST for the pavillion design he was such a great help! It means so much to us! He simply said call me when ready to design and we did!!! It was literally just Christmas when we called Bernie back and asked if he could design for us after we got our approval for variance.
