Update: ProHouseKeepers turned reviews off on Facebook. This is how they fix their problems. After playing "text-tag" with whoever is in charge located in Florida, (I'm in Kansas City), I finally spoke with someone on the phone about booking a DEEP CLEAN on a house I am about to rent out. He told me a crew of 4-5 people would come by at 9am, they'd clean the insides of the windows, cabinets, oven and other appliances, as well as the obvious. This wasn't a "move out" clean to appease a landlord, I needed this place spotless for new renters and he understood that. On the day, 2 people showed up an hour and a half late.
