Herb, the manager was welcoming and assured me that they would have my son’s suit ready and my husband’s jacket ready by the next afternoon because we were on a time crunch and needed these items quickly. The items were not only cleaned, pressed and spot removed but the were ready sooner than expected. Have been a satisfied customer for over a decade and used the Plaza location until Covid hit so I swithched over the their delivery service. I was a member of their Platinum Club (think I was paying $25 per year). This year I started seeing a $10 charge in January and then a $30 charge in May. This was not related to an order I had placed. Called the company last week and explain the situation. The person on the line was not very courterous and said that the responsible person was not at work but would have them call me when they returned. Never heard back so I called again on May 30th. This store has significantly improved over the past few months. Charlan Green, who is now there, has improved the quality and customer service greatly. I enjoy going into the store again. She's really cleaned it and its now organized.Services: Clothes pressing
