Very professional! Came out on a Saturday to deal with my backed up sewer line and old trap that needed to be removed. They did a great job, pricing was extremely fair. I highly recommend!
They were very professional, knowledgeable, genuinely wanted to help fix it right, explained everything and answered all my questions. They cleaned out the sewer from the clean out that's inside my house. That area is very small and tight but they made it work. There were a lot of roots that were brought out and because it wasn't draining as fast as they'd like, they put their camera down to see what the issue was. They put tarps down to cover my carpet where they walked and brought their equipment down. They left the area clean. I absolutely recommend them.
We called precision plumbing based upon a recommendation off of Next Door. We had a pretty significant back up in our basement area and had previously been quoted a repair over $10k. Precision came out on a weekend, quoted us a much lesser price and worked diligently to make sure the problem was fixed! Although the work was more extensive than they originally anticipated, our cost did not increase and they worked until the job was done! I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend this company!
