The communication from her and Ross was early and frequent, keeping me updated every step of the way. I never had to wonder what was happening and they could be reached via text or phone at any time I had a question or needed to send them updates. Being the victim of a dog attack and the resulting physical injury and mental trauma is not something I would ever have thought would happen to me.
