Osborn Homes provides very nice, clean duplexes with features like new carpet. They are awesome, dependable, and go above expectations to help. Maintenance is prompt, coming the same day or next day. The team is extremely helpful and kind, going out of their way to give excellent referrals. They are a great option for anyone with a voucher or otherwise, and tenants have been very happy. They are highly recommended.
I have been very happy as a tenant here at Osborne Homes. My duplex was very nice and clean with new carpet when I moved in. Nicole has been so kind and was extremely helpful when I was looking for a larger place as she went out of her way to give me an excellent referral. Maintenance has always come out same day or next day anytime I've called. I have rented from Osborn homes for almost 11 years and still renting, and will say I am truly satisfied. If I ever have a problem (which is rare) they are very prompt to address the issue and resolve it immediately. The owners are very professional and understanding. Maintenance was here within a hr when i had to call. They answer the phone 24/7. I would highly recommend this company!
