First they knew they could not provide my client with the same hours as her previous company. Hours went from 38 per week to 21 per week with this company. Loretta claims she doesn't know why. 2nd I've been requesting paycheck stubs for 3mos just got them after having to be rude. 3rd they knowingly sent out bad w2s and laughed thinking the possible amounts listed was funny asking me did mine say 1 cent smh. They knew the payroll company had messed up last yr and still sent bad w2s. the Administration staff there is terrible there is one young lady there that is awesome she do she do payroll you got to talk to her about about everything anything goes wrong they call her the carpet lady while she was out of town about me and when the administration supposed to be able to take care of the situation this place is off the chain ever since Miss Kim left and Miss Loretta didn't have no help this place just don't went down even women Chevy was there it was good that ministration ain't never at work always a stick with covid-19 is always sitting in the office talking about she headed to the bar she drunk she did she going to have a daiquiri kids is on-the-job running around like it's the Romper Room payroll is the administrator's daughter-in-law she's always with the payroll administrators daughter adopt a giant Miss Nelson is about the best thing popping at this building but women's Hannah was here they were having all that Miss Loretta it's so wonderful any problem you have there she's going to make sure that it gets solved I work with this company for over 4 years it didn't used to be like this even women Chevy with y'all they were professional they always in the office with no shoes on talking about clients business talking about AIDS the minister that I never at work the payroll clerk hides from you and lie to you they automatically said you were with a 401k did you didn't even sign into I mean women's Hannah was there you will get gloves and Overcoat to go into these people houses Miss Loretta and Miss Hannah will go out and visit even Miss Kim it took the owner to come to my house cuz it ministration is so off the chain the staff here out of order. This place needs an upgrade of professional staff members right now is not the best time to choose this company once the staff is more upgrade to the professional level you will be able to have your loved ones took care of the best way to any other any other home health care aide could ever ask Miss Loretta used to train us and it was not a joke she don't play no games and everybody loved her even Miss Kim will get up and come out if Miss Loretta wasn't available but now the owner have to come and visit when administrator is supposed to be an RN man let me tell you they need a better staff I left the company want to get better better Administration payroll in marketing I'll go back but I doubt it the owner was real cool until he allowed unprofessional Administration in his business so have a great day if you go down there custom l about your money your your hours and your rate of pay they don't lie to you I have a flyer that says they pay 12 not up to 12 but 12 and we've been making $10 an hour so when I brought it to their attention payroll got scared tell me she would pay me the following week in the difference from when I first was supposed to start making the 12 me and my husband so with that being said they have a lot of false advertisement nobody knows that they supposed to be making $12 an hour because that's what the the flyer says I have it and I will be posting it so take my advice let me see Eli get his staff together and his self together and not don't tell clients and workers lies about pay he was a very special person to me him and his wife but now I have to go me and my mom because it is not what we were looking for it terrible Administration thank you Miss Loretta Nelson for being such a awesome professional worker at Horizon Optimum Home Health Care
