Therapy experience was fine. Never felt like it had much effect on me. For a counseling service, they are abjectly terrible communicators. Everyone is remote except the therapists themselves, they answer all incoming calls via an answering service that can’t WAIT to transfer you to a line which is absolutely never answered and forces you to leave a voicemail and wait. God help you if you have an urgent matter to resolve. They do not care.

I saw Rachelle for talk therapy relating to trauma recovery, and she is amazing. I came in a shell of a person, and thanks to her help and patience, I came out a fully fledged human with life skills, healthy relationships, and massive developmental progress.

Rachelle is a great listener and quickly changed her approach according to my needs. She has decades of both professional and life experience, and is especially great at teaching boundary setting skills and helping with toxic relationships. She is extremely validating, but also gave me tough love when I needed it. 11/10 reccommend.

Received a cold call postcard with only a return address and no name asking me to call them if someone with my name lives at the address. I had to Google the address to see who it was from. Why would a legitimate company be so shady? Stay clear!
