I received stellar service here.I waited 2 and 1/2 hours at another clinic with no service. We were greeted promptly upon getting there. They didn't force me to make any decisions I wasn't comfortable with; and they listened to everything I said and were very compassionate. I got there very late and night; and no one was in a bad mood since it was so late which I appreciated greatly. The Dr., I didn't catch his name, felt like someone you could go to for anything and he would be there to help you. My baby was very well taken care of. Thank you all so much for being there for me during a scary time.

Had to take my 4m old kitten in this past Friday night. The lobby was absolutely full but the staff was keeping it moving like well oiled machine. All the staff were friendly and actually cared about each animal. My check out had some hiccups but the ladies at the front desk went above and beyond finding solutions! One very nice lady, I believe her name was Hailey, was at her own house and actually took the time to help us figure it all out! Very impressed and greatful! Special thanks to Cheyenne, Hailey,Hannah (I believe was her name, sorry if I'm wrong) and Dr. Farmer. Lucy loves you all! Best experience I have ever or will ever have at a veterinarians.

Brought my first and only fur baby here last night & despite his outcome Dr. Farmer was AMAZING. She kept me calm and well informed the entire time & let me spend as much time with him as I needed. Even printed me off extra information about his diagnosis to help reassure me so I didn’t feel any more guilt or hurt about my baby. She explained everything so well and was very sympathetic as she could tell I was beyond hurt and at a loss for words. I’ll never forget the experience and the way I was treated, as it was my first and hopefully last time to an emergency vet. When it comes to my fur baby I’m glad she took care of him ❤️
