Derek’s team was phenomenal. From start to finish, very informative, communicative & led with professional advice & experience. We started the process on Aug 29th 2023 & closed on Sept 29th exactly 30 days. The supporting groups (titling/closing) we’re also amazing! Thanks Derek, Steven, Fidel & Team
