We only ended up at McGilley and Sheil because the other funeral home couldn't accommodate us and wasn't willing to do anything to help us out. So, we came here and Nichole was instantly ready to help us in any way that she could. Very understanding and accommodating throughout the process. When you lose a family member, you greatly appreciate the funeral home simplifying the process and taking that worry off of your hands. Nichole did exactly that and we had a beautiful service. Close to 120 people came for the service and M&S handled it very well. Highly recommended.
The general manager/funeral director that assisted my family was the kindest, most professional and understanding person I could have hoped to have assist us. He was patient and helpful during our time of need. We were unclear about all the things we needed to do and he provided compassionate guidance in such a way as to make us all feel so much more at peace. He was very knowledgeable about the services and products available to us. He followed up with us several times to be certain we were receiving all the services we needed or expected and was always very willing to provide us any additional assistance we might need. Jason and his team recently fulfilled a 31 year old pre-need contract for my mother. From the time she was in their care to the final interment, I knew she was treated with respect and loving care. Never tired to upsell or overspend, nor felt rushed to make a decision. Jason and Nicole were very communicative and made sure all our wishes were met. Please consider them for any of your needs.
