Everything was good. Good overall experience. The owner is very nice and wants you to have a good experience! We are from Springfield and this was booked last minute and he was able to accommodate.
My wife and I have been to this place twice for couples massages and have only had great experiences. The staff we've encountered are courteous and excellent at identifying and addressing areas of tension. We'll definitely return.
Update: it was due to technical issues and I was able to reschedule my appointment. Thank you for reaching back out to me. Booked a chair massage for 6 a.m. on the website which makes you pay for it then. After waiting 20 minutes at the door I realized no one was there yet. And I left a few voicemails, will update if anything changes.
