Kansas City Plumbing did a great job on my drain clog. I’d been having periodic problems for years and they fixed a problem that was caused by the plumber during construction. They fixed it at a reasonable cost and Justin was professional and courteous explaining everything he was doing.

Justin did an excellent job from start to finish. He was professional, honest, and took the time to actually find the cause of the problem instead of immediately recommending an expensive repair. He found the blockage in my basement drain, cleared it, and tested the drain afterward to make sure it was flowing properly.

I especially appreciated that he explained what he found and gave me an honest recommendation about what did—and didn’t—need to be done. The level of service was impressive. I would absolutely recommend Justin to anyone needing a plumber, and I’ll definitely be calling him again if I need plumbing work in the future.
