Kamba Fit has genuinely changed my life. Chris Wambua has worked with me for about 18 months, and the progress he’s helped me make has been incredible. Having someone guide me with this level of fitness and nutritional expertise is more than I ever could have hoped. I owe so much to Chris and Kamba Fit, and I don’t ever plan on stopping.
Kamba Fit is the best (and cleanest) gym in town! I have never been one to go to the gym but as a part of Kamba Fit, I look forward to going. Chris Wambua and his staff are great! You get results, have fun and learn a new thing or two. I have seen an increase in my mobility, agility, flexibility and strength. I love the equipment he has to use to achieve these results! Fitness is Chris' life - he knows a lot and I enjoy talking with him about it to help me continue to excel in my training plus take a piece of that knowledge with me and apply it to every day life. Chris does a great job checking in with me when not in the gym to make sure I am maintaining my fitness routine… read full review
Kamba Fit is a great group of kind and generous trainers. They truly have the athlete’s best interest at heart. I love that they offer small classes with times built around work schedules. Classes aren’t scary or intimidating at all - perfect fit for folks new to the gym or even seasoned veterans. I initially came to Kamba looking for a cost-efficient cross training option for my main exercise- running. What I found was a new love for the gym as well as a new family. I’ve really enjoyed working out here and feel very healthy and fit.
