“We have been having several issues with a rental since July. One in which was a bathtub leak. We had called our landlord and workers were sent. The leak would stop then come back. We eventually got fed up and talked with the landlord about this being an ongoing issue and said we were going to hire a contractor. This being the 4th time he agreed and wanted to meet with the contractor/worker (Jacob- who I have known for years and highly recommend). Jacob walked him through the issues with the leak and why it needed to be done. No bubble gum and band aides. Our water now flows out much better from the faucet and the tile professionally put in place! I included the old piece that was taken out.“
